I cant use this to go along for the mass readings for the day cause its incorrect. Felt like a fool since a friend with some droid has the correct readings of the day for his phone

Im saddened by the user who reviewed this app saying how we are wrong in the way in which we celebrate or are involved in our Faith. To that "Know the Truth" reviewer: If you really are Christian, you would respect the other forms and traditions of observing God, including as something useful as keeping up with liturgical days. I hope youre not posting on peoples Islam/Hindi/Buddhist/Jewish apps... Ill pray for you, and pray I am less bothered by your holier-than-thou type. As for the app itself, it has been very beneficial in keeping track of significant days, though I feel a bit short changed (the prayers throughout the day are disabled on the free app and I am not sure how to activate them if its possible with the free version). I started Confirmation at the beginning of the liturgical calendar and have found the app very useful in learning about the saints, many of which were filled with humility and dealt with the mundane gracefully. The little excerpts are inspiring to read. I also appreciate how easy it is to pick any date in the year and find out if it is significant or ordinary, and how it correlates with the Julian calendar. My one major criticism is the functions and menus are not intuitive... Maybe provide a guide on how to navigate throughout the app?

Ive had iBreviary for a while, but now that Ive seen this apps cleaner interface, Im ready to switch. What a great app for free!

First of all, the person who gave it one star below didnt check the settings-- you can easily change the mass readings in accordance to your local Catholic church liturgies (the default liturgy that this app is set to is not the United States one, so maybe thats why that person was caught off guard.) Anyways! This is truly a beautiful app-- the readings are so easily accessible and the Hours are just wonderful to have everywhere I go :) my daddy and all my friends whove downloaded it all love it too!!

This is a VERY simple app, mostly text. Print is small, but is a helpful app for anyone who wants, well, a Catholic calendar.

Being an individual born on the feast of Saint James Zechariah I pride myself on the day of my birth being that of a "Wednesday" yet your calendar app has recently broke and receded back three whole days which that of is incorrect to the calendar of any church hand out... Please fix this bug as also offsets the weeks set of the year. Thank you- Dean Domenick Zack Jr.

This is just the Apps for the person that attends daily mass. Its really good for all mass. It has the Ordinary of The Mass plus all holy days the daily and evening prayers. This would also be great for students. It is the latest up to date Mass readings. It also has the priest and peoples reply at the Mass. You have to check this out. Maybe I can convince our parish to get WiFi for our church. Then we can use our iPads during mass.!

Easy to navigate, comprehensive, and so portable. Recommend to anyone looking for prayerful reflection any time of day.

This app would be a lot more helpful if it had the old calendar as an option.

The readings for Southern Africa are wrong. I have contacted the app support and received replies, but they refuse to believe me that the readings have changed. This app was great until they decided to ignore my country of origin. If they fix it, I will give a positive rating, but until then...

Being a catholic , I wish to thank developers for this wonderful app. Why should someone complain when this is given for free.Big thing is that ,unlike most of the Christian apps , this is optimised for iPhone 5!

This app would be useful if it showed you the color of the day... White, green, purple, etc. without it I still have to consult other sources. Also I cant figure out how to enlarge the text so its tough to read...
